If you choose to entrust someone else to receive the package on your behalf, please be aware that FOMO will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from this arrangement. However, we will make efforts to verify the entrusted person's identity before handing over the package.
Kindly ensure that the delivery address and the receiver’s name are correct. Returns due to incorrect addresses will be charged for a new shipping fee.
Delivery to restricted addresses and locations will be treated as void shipments. If in cases where a delivery address falls within a restricted address, we will not be responsible for re-delivery requests. Please make sure that your delivery address that is stated in your order does not fall into this category of addresses and locations. Common restricted addresses include, military/naval/airforce camps/bases, airports, prisons, high security buildings, restricted government offices, embassies, off shore islands, etc.
